Sparkling Strawberry Lemonade

If this summer is like any of our recent summers, it’s going to be a hot one. Whether you’re sweating out at the beach or while doing yard work, a cool refreshing drink is probably the only thing on your mind. We’ll we’ve got you covered.

This recipe for a classic strawberry lemonade takes things to a new level with the combination of fresh or frozen Florida strawberries and fresh-squeezed lemon juice all blended in with club soda. It’s got just what you need to chill out and enjoy the summer sun.

Sparkling Florida Strawberry Lemonade

• 8 large Florida strawberries
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 cups fresh lemon juice
• 6 cups club soda

Rinse strawberries and remove caps. If using frozen berries, let them thaw for 15 minutes before continuing to the next step. Blend strawberries, sugar and lemon juice until strawberries are mixed evenly into the juice and sugar is dissolved.

Stir in club soda, pour over ice and enjoy!
