43rd Annual AgriTech
AgriTech is a Trade Show and Seminar Series event specific to the Florida Strawberry Industry. We invite you to join us as we celebrate in this year’s Outer Space themed AgriTech: “From Field to Future: Where Innovation Meets Strawberry Excellence”! We look forward to hearing from leading strawberry industry researchers reporting on their latest findings. The event also hosts a trade show which features FSGA Allied Partners, regulatory agencies, and networking opportunities. Don’t miss out on all the opportunities the 43rd Annual AgriTech has to offer this year!
FSGA Grower Member Registration: The registration for FSGA Grower Members is free. We ask all growers to register for their complimentary ticket to ensure we have an accurate headcount for food and materials. CEUs will be offered at this event. Growers have the opportunity to register for CEUs ahead of time when completing their pre-registration for AgriTech. Contact Wael Elwakil at wael.elwakil@ufl.edu if you have any questions relating to CEU credits. *An agenda will be posted closer to the event.
For Non FSGA Members & Non-Allied Partners (AKA General Registration): Non-Member and Non-Allied Partner Registrations are available for purchase at a discounted rate prior to the event. Government entity representatives are invited to utilize this registration link to obtain their complimentary registration. Registration includes: entrance to the event for both days, breakfast, break refreshments, and lunch. The deadline to purchase tickets at the Early Bird rate is Friday, May 2nd.
- Non-Allied Partner (General) Early Bird Ticket: $100.00 (*Deadline for Early Bird Pricing is May 2nd)
- Non-Allied Partner (General) Ticket: $150.00 (*If purchased after May 2nd)
Exhibitor Trade Show & Allied Partner Registration: Allied Partnership is required to exhibit at AgriTech. To become an Allied Partner, check the status of your existing Allied Partnership, or pay for the renewal of an existing Allied Partnership, please contact Brianne Reichenbach at FSGA (Brianne@flastrawberry.com). Important Dates and Setup Information for Exhibitors:
Set-up: May 12th (12:00 P.M. – 4:00 P.M.)
Event Dates: May 13th – 14th
Tear Down: May 14th (*After 2 P.M.)
Location: Grimes Family Agricultural Center at the Strawberry Festival Fairgrounds
Exhibitor Registration & Allied Partnership:
- Booth: $750 (per booth)
- Additional Early Bird Allied Partner Ticket: $50.00 (*Early Bird Registration ends on May 2nd)
- Additional Allied Partner Ticket: $75.00 (*If purchased after May 2nd)
- Base Level Allied Partnership: $250
- Bronze Level Allied Partnership: $500
- Silver Level Allied Partnership: $1,000
- Gold Level Allied Partnership: $2,000 (*Receives a complimentary Exhibitor Trade Show Registration)
Exhibitor Registration includes:
- Breakfast, Lunch, & Break Refreshments on both days for two people
- 10’x10′ Booth Space
- 8′ High Backdrop
- 3′ High Sides
- 2 Chairs
- One 8′ Table
- Electricity (*Upon request): 5 Amp 120 Volt
*Sponsorships are available for Breakfast, Break, and Lunch on both days of the show, please contact Brianne@flastrawberry.com for more information and to secure one of these opportunities. The sponsorships are available on a first-come first-serve basis.
- Tuesday or Wednesday Break: $750
- Tuesday or Wednesday Breakfast: $1,000
- Tuesday or Wednesday Lunch: $2,000
*All sponsorships include signage, company name written in the agenda, time at the podium during the seminars to address the attendees (*up to 5 minutes).
Individual Allied Partner Registration: Allied Partners not wanting to exhibit in the trade show are welcomed to attend the event individually. Registration includes: entrance to the event for both days, breakfast, and lunch. The deadline to purchase tickets at the Early Bird rate is Friday, May 2nd.

Registration is currently closed for the event, but it will reopen for the 43rd Annual Jam Awards Banquet in Fall of 2025. The 43rd Annual Jam Awards Banquet and Dinner will be held on Saturday, December 13th at Varlow Farms in Plant City, FL. Please continue to check back on the website for more information.
