We are pleased to share with you our latest featured food professional, Chef Alan Bergman, associate instructor at Johnson & Wales University, North Miami Campus.
Chef Bergman is a graduate from Johnson & Wales University, Providence, RI. He has enjoyed tenures as an executive chef in restaurants and catering businesses in London, England, Hartford, CT, and Boston, MA. Chef Bergman’s specialty is French cuisine.
He has received many prestigious national and international awards. Chef Bergman participated in numerous charity events at the U.S. Embassy and Buckingham Royal Palace in England. He is active in Johnson & Wales University events and throughout the North Miami community.
Chef Bergman teaches in Singapore during the summer at the Suan Dusit International Culinary School as part of the University’s Office of Professional Training.
