Berries from the Winter Strawberry Capital of the World are in stores now! Make sure you’re ready with the best way to prep and serve the fresh bites of sweetness.

  • Select firm, fragrant, plump and glossy red fruit.
  • Cool as soon as possible and refrigerate berries in their clamshell container until ready to use.
  • Rinse, but don’t soak, strawberries.
  • Remove caps and drain close to serving time.
