The membership is close to 2,000 of the top culinary pros in the nation. They have registered the tagline—“Culinology® Defining the Future of Food”®. It’s the leading professional community for food research and development. Its members are the pioneers of the discipline of Culinology®—the blending of culinary arts and the science of food.

Meet Jason Gronlund, Executive Chef of Hard Rock Cafe. He’s a graduate of Johnson & Wales University and has more than 25 years foodservice industry experience with product and concept development and operations management with both national and international multi-platform experience.
