Thank you for applying for the Florida Strawberry Growers Association (FSGA) Scholarship Program! All online applications received on or before September 8, 2023 at 11:59 P.M. will be accepted for consideration. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered. Incomplete applications will also not be considered by the scholarship committee.
We highly recommend you take a screenshot of this page as a reference confirming your application’s submission. You will also receive a confirmation email from email@example.com which will include a copy of the application you recently submitted. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive this email within 30 minutes after you submit your application. If you do not receive a confirmation email within this timeframe, please contact Brianne Reichenbach (FSGA Director of Member Services) at Brianne@flastrawberry.com.
Following confirmation from the scholarship committee review, the award winners will be notified via the email provided in the scholarship application in late October. Be sure to check your junk folder around this time to ensure you receive the email notification.
Scholarship winners will be invited to attend the Scholarship Awards Banquet in mid January 2024 (Banquet Date TBD) to join us for a meal, receive recognition, and accept their scholarship check. Invitations for the banquet will be mailed to the mailing address provided in the scholarship application in early December.
Scholarship winners will also be invited to join FSGA at various community events including but not limited to the Florida State Fair and the Florida Strawberry Festival. Service hours will be provided to each scholarship recipient for any event he/she attends.
