Chef Kevin Fallen is the chef and owner of Personal Touch Catering, Maine’s largest and most experienced off premise caterer. Chef Fallen is an honors graduate from the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), a Certified Executive Chef by the American Culinary Federation and was presented the Chef of the Year award 2000 by Casco Bay Culinary Association.

The latest accolade awarded to Fallen? He’s our latest featured chef of course! Fallen proudly serves his friends, family and customers Florida strawberries through the cold winter months in York County, Maine…

We are known for our quality foods and Florida strawberries that are plump, juicy and bursting with flavor meets our customers expectations as usual!

Fallen’s first job was at an Italian pizza restaurant which enhanced his passion for cooking and confirmed his desire to attend the CIA. After graduation, Fallen found himself working in foodservice management but always felt a calling back to the kitchen.

Foodservice is a very passionate business that you do for the love of the job. The smiling faces, compliments and acknowledgements for a job well done is just the icing on the cake for doing something you enjoy.
