Chef Jacqueline Grantham is the award-winning head chef at Douglas Golf and Country Club.

Douglas Golf and Country Club began serving Florida winter strawberries this January as part of their fine dining menu. Chef Grantham has over 34 years of experience under her belt and is a member of the American Culinary Federation.

“The idea of doing the shortcake with Florida strawberries was a given. They are available local here at our farmers market straight from Plant City, Florida. I really love using the winter strawberries for their color and sweetness,” says Chef Grantham.
